Brief
We were approached by Hire-Archy to consult on bringing together a new website project. After a few consultations we presented our vision, design and strategy to the website that would offer Hire-Archy a return on investment as well as raising awareness to the company. We were asked to remember the backbone to Hire-Archy, how the company went about their business. The way they informed, the way they supported and the way they built relationships and retained clients and machines year after year. This company was not “Box Shifters” that evident.
Creative
As the meetings and understanding grew we looked at the strategy behind the site. It was important to the success of the project that we provided the visitor to the site with two options, instant access to products and also the option to find out more about the company, it’s ethos and values, as well as the responsibility the company had to it’s clients. The brief and our research led us to a clean, modern and easy to navigate design and layout. With this creative style we led the client through a journey as they wanted to do it. Our aim was to furnish Hire-Archy with a site that delivered on both levels.
Conclusion
Within the first week the company received eight enquiries, a good result at any time. The site has given the business a new avenue to market, whilst also providing existing clients with abetter overview of range of products. We are due to carry out the first audit of the site with the principals at Hire-Archy and we are looking forward to this as we are a number of additional online services to further compliment the success of the site. Our approach and close relationship we formed with the company has led to the website having the right balance, just the way Hire-Archy has as a business.
