As Document Outsourcing developed, they understood the need to communicate their message to a wider audience. Ensuring new and existing customers could easily access key services and key contacts was paramount. Identity in place, the challenge was to build a brand mixing the corporate standing of Document Outsourcing supported by the accessible, friendly approach of management and staff. It was an important factor for the site to show an overview, of not only the services, but the environment as well as reaching out to a new audience with requirements for the company’s solutions.

Outsourcing is sometimes a big step for many companies, they may not have used outsourced services before, therefore we looked at all the components and benefits for customers to engage with the services of Document Outsourcing. From our research to attitudes to outsourcing we knew that for most this was something that was a new service to them and for those familiar with it, were they using it to best advantage? Conclusion
